Our approach to recruitment and staffing initiatives aims to stabilize our workforce and attract, develop and retain exceptional talent in a rapidly changing health care environment. The cornerstone of our recruitment strategy is our employment brand statement that serves as our career promise to staff and differentiates us from other organizations. We leverage our social media accounts, Careers and People Strategy sections on our corporate website, job fairs and internal channels to maximize our reach and engage potential candidates.

Our employment brand statement embodies the collective voices of our employees, reflects our organizational values and positions us as an employer of choice within the health care sector.

Our Chief Human Resources Officer Lisa Tweedy leads with incredible tenacity and dedication to creating an ideal workplace for our employees. Best HR Communications Strategy
To communicate effectively, we use a variety of tools: email, intranet, newsletters, videos, town halls and meetings. This versatile approach to communicating is used to highlight the benefits of our People Strategy, which unites all 14 Home and Community Care Support Services organizations. Our Communications team emphasizes the importance of creating channels for staff to provide feedback, such as through Q&As and surveys. The skillsets our staff possess are diverse, and utilizing their expertise ensures all our work is aligned with our vision of providing exceptional care to patients – wherever they call home.
