Her portfolio includes a far-reaching change management plan to prepare leadership, staff, partners, as well as patients, families and caregivers for the future of home care delivery, while safeguarding the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality care. Chief Quality, Safety and Risk Officer
Tini Le leads several provincial teams, strategies and initiatives to drive patient safety and quality of care, exceptional organizational and health care specific policies and practices, and regulatory compliance to serve the needs of over 700,000 patients with highly diverse and complex needs across Ontario. She also leads the provincial long-term care placement program for people who are no longer able to reside at home, contributes to system modernization planning, and serves as the Regional Lead for patient services teams across Central Region.
